Cannot receive verification emails, can’t update account email myself
I can’t get any verification codes sent to my original registered email which I cannot access anymore.
Changing the primary email on the site requires a confirmation code sent to the old broken email, leaving me stuck with no self-service fix.
Could a staff member advise how to complete a manual email change securely without disclosing my account details publicly here? Thanks.
