Problems with automatically capturing bibliographic information from the web

We are sharing a group library with several users. One of our new group members cannot import references from Pubmed, but she can import books or references from Sciencedirect. When she wants to add an article from Pubmed and clicks the Zotero Journal Icon in the Address bar of Mozilla, she will see the red empty square in the right window of Zotero which is usually saying "Saving..." when you add a refernce, but nothing happens.
What can be the reason?
