Upgrade StorageZotero Not Working

Hi I'm having issues with Zotero connecting to Microsoft word,
Had no issues in the past but when I did the last update i can no longer add any citations (comes up with the 'Zotero experienced an error updating your document' also won't work with new documents either.
I have tried restarting both programs, reinstalling Zotero and the addon for microsoft word.
Any advice would be appreciated
