Move item to different collection

Currently, if i want to move an item to a different collection, i add the item to the new collection and remove it from the old collection.

Is there a better way to do this?

I expected drag and drop to move it to the new collection, but that copies the item.

I considered opening a feature request an github, which pointed me here.
