login problem

Unable to login for app, and sync the webb data. Always shows "Request timed out after 30000 ms", deleted and installed a couple of times, but still the same. It's so anoiying and wasted half of my day. Please give some advices.

If you provide a Debug ID for reproducing this, we can take a look, but generally this would be a problem with your internet connection.
