remove comma before ampersand

hi

i use zotero on my mac with open office (os x 10.6.4 / oo 3.2.1). when i use the apa-style it makes a comma before the ampersand, for example: (Möller, Laux, & Deister, 2009, S. 76). i've found an old topic in the forum (change the "constribution-short"-tag) but that doesn't work for me; i can't find this tag in the apa.scl. has somebody an idea to solve my problem?

    note that the comma should be there for APA

    if you still want to change it you need to remove
    delimiter-precedes-last="always"

    in the author macro of the code.

    in the institute i work we don't write the comma. your advise worked fine with the bibliography but not with in-text citations: the comma is still there.

    just search for that line of code and take it out wherever it appears

    okay. i wrote the term in "author-short" with the value "never". now it works! thanks a lot for your help!

    oh yes sorry - it should be "never" for both author and author-short - if it's not there Zotero will put the comma into citations with more than 2 people, but not if there are just two.
