Microsoft Word Zotero Shortcuts in Quick Access Toolbar

The Zotero plugin is properly installed and functional, but the Zotero shortcuts will not stay in the Quick Access Toolbar. Shortcuts from Word's built-in commands stay, so the issue is not Word.

    Make sure you're running the latest version of Word available to you and report the issue to Microsoft. It's still a bug in Word, even if only Zotero commands disappear.
