Custom formatting option

Hi, is there any way that I can specify Zotero to save items as Report vs. Newspaper vs. Website, etc. based on their URL instead of manually changing it every time? Additionally, having the option to save certain fields (e.g. author, publication) for certain URLs would be great. I go through a very high volume of sources but also like to keep things consistently formatted in certain ways and this would save immense time. If there is not such a feature, consider this a formal request!
