Title: Zotero for iPad shows 0 items and appears not to sync, while Web Library and iPhone sync correctly

Hi Zotero team,

I’m experiencing a sync issue with Zotero for iPad. My Zotero Web Library and Zotero on iPhone both show my library correctly, but Zotero on iPad shows 0 items and does not seem to sync at all.

Details:

* Account: Joseph_Lang
* Web Library shows my items correctly, including my collection 2026-My_Papers with 119 items.
* Zotero on iPhone syncs normally and shows all documents.
* Zotero on iPad shows 0 items under My Library / All Items.
* I have already tried logging out and logging back in on iPad.
* I have re-authorized Zotero for iOS through zotero.org.
* I have also deleted and reinstalled the Zotero iPad app, but the issue remains.
* I tried manually triggering sync from the iPad app, but no items appear.
* Debug Output Logging seems to record almost nothing. Even after enabling logging and attempting to sync, “View Output” appears empty or contains no useful sync information.

It feels as if the sync function on the iPad app is not being triggered at all, rather than just PDF attachments failing to download.

Could you please help me diagnose this issue?
