Disable Zotero Start Page on first run?

Hello. I am trying to integrate Zotero 2.0.3 into a college computer lab environment. Everything is working perfectly except that I cannot find a way to stop Zotero loading the start page in a tab the first time after it is installed. Any help is appreciated.

I believe this is controlled by extensions.zotero.firstRun2 in about:config.
http://kb.mozillazine.org/User.js_file may be what you need to stop it from happening on a default profile.

If you get this working for your labs, it would be a great service to the community if you wrote up a little explanation of how you set up Zotero for the university lab environment-- the question arises on the forum fairly frequently, and there is not yet a single how-to that could explain best practices. A blog post on your own site or a page in the Zotero.org knowledge base would be greatly appreciated.
