How to add PDF on web version

Although my individual (non-collaborative) library allows me to add and annotate PDFs, my web version does not. I there a way to add PDFs to folders within the web version (groups)?

    Assuming the group library allows file storage, then yes! You can upload a file from the attachments tab, using a "+" button in the toolbar or by dragging a file from your desktop onto the items table in the web library.
