Issue with Zotero Group Library Sync on MacBook
Hello,
We are experiencing a problem with our Zotero Group Library. One of the members is unable to sync files correctly. On the Zotero web library, all files appear to be synced, but on the desktop application some files are missing or not syncing properly.
We already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
-Manual sync
-Resetting the Zotero app
-Logging out and back into the account
The issue only affects this specific user; other members of the group library do not experience the same problem. The affected user is using a MacBook.
Could you please advise how we can solve this issue?
