Upgrade StorageSOLVED Files not syncing from computer to web storage

Hi, was checking some older files and they are present in my old windows laptop Zotero 9.04 and there are many pdf attachments that are not being uploaded to my web library (they are greyed out), and so not syncing to my new macbook
I have the unlimited storage plan, so that's not the problem.
Is there a way to force a full file upload for my library? as I am missing a lot of files
