Upgrade StorageError report - seems to be preventing sync

I get a little red (!) in the upper right, and when I click on it:
> "Invalid boolean parameter 1 'false' [QUERY: DELETE FROM itemTags WHERE itemID=? AND tagID=? AND type=?]"
It seems to be preventing elements of syncing. Files and entries added to the desktop app upload to the web library, but deleting groups in the web interface does not delete them from the desktop app.
Steps to reproduce:
I'm not sure. It's a persistent error. Restarting makes the (!) disappear briefly but it reappears within a few minutes, possibly after syncing.
