Issue Syncing Files (HTTP 403 Error)

Hi,
I'm having trouble syncing my files. When I try to log in, I get the following error:
“HTTP POST https://api.zotero.org/keys/sessions failed with status code 403.”
To explain in more detail: I’ve uploaded PDFs from my laptop, and they open correctly there. However, since they are not syncing, I’m unable to access them on my phone.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    I don't see the particular requests from you — have you already switched networks? — but this would generally be caused by your IP address being blocked due to automated attacks against Zotero user accounts coming from that IP address within the last 24 hours.

    If this is a residential IP address, you should check all your devices for malware. If it's a shared IP address, you should report it to the ISP or network administrator so they can identify the source of the malicious traffic.
