Metadata on annotations

I just realized this didn’t exist, and it’s a pretty big problem for me: There’s no date/time stamp on annotations. I just assumed that they’d all have that metadata associated with them, but apparently they don’t.

*Please* fix this.

You can see the date/time stamp by hovering the mouse pointer over "Page" at the top of each annotation.
