Upgrade StorageZotero is freezing, keeps producing errors
My Zotero is so slow right now and won't add any citations to my document. Every time I try to add a citation to my document, it asks me one of three things
1. If I want to update an older citation (and clicking yes just brings me back to the troubleshooting page)
2. The troubleshooting screen
3. loads the citation in, but remains stuck on the "Zotero is updating your document."
4. stays on the loading bar
PLEASE help, I have no idea what to do, and I've wasted two hours of my time trying to fix this issue! I have made new copies of the document, tried to reproduce the error, restarted Zotero and my Google Docs, AND my MAC!!! I even deleted the Zotero extension and redownloaded it, and still no luck. Nothing seems to be working. I bet many citations are broken, but I do not have the time or energy to keep figuring this out. Please help!!
