folder placement problem during import from Mendeley

Greetings! In my current Mendeley account, I have hundreds of documents organized into about 40 folders. I'd like to switch to Zotero and I have managed to import everything from Mendeley, but all the documents import without any folders. It would take days to organize them back into their proper folders, so I wondering if there is a way to import my complete Mendeley set-up, folders and all...?
