Upgrade StorageMissing ellipsis for empty lines in Annotation Comments in the sidebar
When an annotation comment is too long, it is truncated and an ellipsis indicates that there is still some text to be expanded with a click on it. But the ellipsis is not displayed if the last line before truncation is an empty line:
