Hi there,

We have the “Require Application Add-ins to be signed by Trusted Publisher” option in Word is checked and greyed out by our IT.

Would this be the reason why Zotero add-in ribbon is not showing up on my Word? and if it is, is there any other way to enable the Zotero add-in please?

The Zotero add-in is signed. Your IT department would have to add the certificate as a Trusted Publisher.

This is for your IT department to do. All they need is the Zotero.dotm file, and they should know how to do it.
