Building a Bibliography for an (long) unlinked document

I have been using Zotero to manage citations across the entirely of my dissertation, but had to unlink it in order to allow an external editor to review it and make fine-tooth changes. Now, having adapted all edits and about to submit the dissertation to the committee, I realized I never exported the full bibliography.
Is it still possible to automate the export of the bibliography based on what I've cited in these notes? What options do I have?
