Upgrade StorageIs Zotero open? Google Doc and chromebook
Hi !
I have a Chromebook computer. I downloaded the Zotero application and the Zotero Connector extension. The Zotero application is open, but I cannot insert citations into my Google Doc.
I get the following message:
“Is Zotero open?
The Zotero Connector could not communicate with the Zotero application. Zotero must be open in order to insert citations into a web application.”
My Zotero status says:
“Zotero is currently unavailable.”
My Debug ID is: D690140274
