ID report 823939621 : export collection failing in bibtex format

Hi,

I'm currently trying to export one of my collections in bibtex format but can't make it happen.
I right-click the folder to export the collection in bibtex format, select the destination file, and then "An error occurred while attempting to export the selected file".
It's working with .CSV format, but I need the bibtex one.

I tried with other collections or formats, not working either.

    Upgrade to the current version of Zotero. Zotero 6 is no longer supported.

    (You should also look into why you haven’t received automatic updates in several years.)
