"Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?"

This error keeps on popping up when I try to add a citation

    If it works in a new, empty document, see the instructions linked from there for the existing document.

    @simrinarora If you copy out from this document just the citation
    Prozumenschikov, The Sino-Indian Conflict, the Cuban Missile Crisis, and the Sino-Soviet Split, October 1962: New Evidence from the Russian Archives
    into a new document, and try to insert a citation, do you still see this issue? If so, could you share that document with support@zotero.org?
