problem with sychronisation
I have an issue with the synchronization between the webpage and the app. Although I am certain of my password and I can connect to the web-page of Zotero, I keep getting and error when I am trying to sign in on the app to allow the synchronization. It consistently suggests that I check my internet connection. How to fix this ?

If you can't submit that, it's just some problem with your internet connection or your computer's networking setup.
