Sync not working - Request timed out after 30000 ms

Hi I am using the zotero on my university computer.
How can't I use it to sync the paper?
When I try to log in it shows Request timed out after 30000 ms

    That would generally be some sort of problem with your internet connection.

    If you provide a Debug ID for a sync that fails, we can confirm, but you also might not be able to submit a Debug ID if all network connections within Zotero are failing. You'll likely need to ask your IT department for help.
