Hi! I am experiencing a problem logging in every time I try to sync my account at a new computer. It simply does not recognise my password and have to reset it. Is it normal?
Upgrade to the latest version of Zotero. For security reasons, older versions are no longer able to log in for syncing, except immediately after a successful password reset.
(If these are different institutional computers, you'll need to ask your IT department to update them to the current version of Zotero.)
