Upgrade StorageDark Mode except for the Documents?
Hello :)
I’ve always used Zotero in dark mode while keeping the PDF pages in the normal white background with black text. Suddenly, all my PDFs are also appearing in dark mode now (dark pages with white text).
Is there any way to change this back?
I know I can switch Zotero to light mode, but then the whole Zotero interface becomes light as well. I’d prefer to keep the Zotero UI in dark mode while having the PDF pages displayed normally (white pages with black text).

The Appearance panel is actually really useful once you find it. I especially like that you can customize the page background, text colors, and layout views independently from the Zotero UI theme.
My only suggestion would be that the “Aa” icon was not very intuitive to me at first. I initially assumed it was mainly for font size or text settings, rather than overall appearance/design options. Maybe a different icon could make this feature easier to discover for new users :)
