Cannot add paper by arxiv to zotero

I can't add papers by arxiv to zotero anymore. I tried with both "Add Item by Identifier" and the Chrome Addon but none of them work

That's a 429 Too Many Requests from arXiv servers. Did you try to add many at once?

@dstillman -- the server seems to be sending 429s to everyone. I got it on my 1st request, see also https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/512786/#Comment_512786
