Upgrade Storagezotero citation Editing in Word
Dear Zotero Support Team,
I am experiencing a recurring issue when attempting to insert citations in Microsoft Word using Zotero. Each time I try to add a citation, an error window appears with the following message in Arabic: "The cursor must be placed on the Zotero citation to edit it." After this message, the citation process fails and I cannot proceed.
I have already ensured that Zotero and the Word plugin are installed and updated, but the problem persists. Could you please advise me on the cause of this issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it?
