Upgrade Storageunable to add citations from Zotero to Word document
I have been using Zotero for years and now all of a sudden I cant seem to add citations anymore to documents. The document is in my library. Adding citations in the google doc also opens the usual search function but when I then type in the name of an author for example, the program does not find it.

Do other search terms work?
If you click Library in the bottom right, can you browse your collections and select it?
