Upgrade StorageFlickering note items
When I click on a note item (standalone and child notes), the background color flickers. In contrast, a click on any other item directly gets that row to the blue background (focused state).
If I click and hold on a note item, the blue background flickers quickly before switching to grey background, as if the focus was lost. Then, when releasing the click, the blue background color comes back.
Switching between note items with the keyboard arrows does not make the flickering.
