Zotero 9: edit citations to have in-text citations in "author (publication date)" format
[Split from Announcing Zotero 9]
Is there any way to roll back this update? Because this has removed or so thoroughly obscured many of the features I used in the previous build that there's now no point in me even using it and I may as well write all the citations manually. I can't even figure out how to edit citations to have in-text citations in an "author (publication date) format. You've made it prettier and useless at the same time.

I assume you're referring to the text editor in the classic citation dialog, but that's never been the correct way to do this:
