MENSAJE DE DESHABILITACION DE PAGINAS DE EXTENSIONES

No puedo descargar muchos articulos porque me sale el mensaje que "esta deshabilitado para algunas extensiones ", miro en ajustes y tiene acceso abierto a todas y también he deshabilitado ya pdf. ¿Qué hago?
