Upgrade StorageBug: Clicking a collection name while collections are filtered does nothing
To reproduce:
1. Select or open a reference, so the info pane on the right has data in it
2. Filter the libraries and collections pane on the left so that it excludes the collections that the selected reference is in
3. In the reference info pane, scroll down to collections, and click a collection name.
Nothing happens, because the collections pane is filtered, so the target collection can't be selected.
IMO a better behaviour would be to unfilter the collections pane and move to the collection. Filters are very simple to reinstate, so there's not a real downside (I hit this bug multiple times a day, I doubt if I'd get annoyed by the filter being removed more than once or twice a year). If the clicked collection IS still shown with the filter, then the filter could be left in place.
