Unexpected jump of entry display with field selection

I'm editing the 'Extra' field in an entry. When completed, I scroll the entry display and select the 'Citation Key' field. The display jumps back down to the 'Extra' field and the 'Citation Key' field is now off the top of the entry display field. This behavior doesn't happen if the 'Extra' field is selected again and the 'Citation Key' field is selected again. So far as I remember, this is new behavior just introduced with the 9.0.3 release. Interestingly, attempting to capture this behavior by taking screen shots causes the behavior to cease.

I was able to capture screen shots showing the behavior. First shot is just before selecting the 'Citation Key' field; second after that selection; third when scrolling the display to show the selected 'Citation Key' field.
