Upgrade StorageStorage size discrepancy between local and Zotero cloud storage: are there files missing?
Hi,
I recently switched from pCloud WebDAV to Zotero Storage for my ~18k item library. After the initial upload, ~4.7 GB of attachments are seemingly not being uploaded even after multiple Reset File Sync History attempts. At least, there is a significant discrepancy between storage sizes.
Details:
Zotero version: 10 beta 4
Local storage folder size: 51,281.8 MB
Zotero cloud usage: stuck at 46,557.6 MB
No new items have been added recently
Sync stops almost immediately after manual sync, so Zotero thinks everything is in sync.
Debug IDs: D674712686 and D1930474215
The second Debug ID includes the activation of a full Reset File Sync History followed by a sync, the first only has one sync.
Any idea what could be causing Zotero to stop uploading the remaining files? Or is this discrepancy normal and all files are in fact in sync?
