Why I cannot see any comment while it appears that there is one?

Can you reproduce in Troubleshooting mode (Help → Restart in Troubleshooting Mode) which disables all the plugins?
Otherwise, you will need to identify which plugin is causing the problem, and report it to the plugin developer in the GitHub Issues of the plugin.
