zetero的笔记全都不见了

今天打开之后突然发现zetero突然自动升级到9了，有几个插件用不了，所以我手动下载了7覆盖了原来的，后来似乎点到了这里，我的数据就全部不见了，手动切回原来的文件夹后论文回来了，但是所有的标注和笔记都没了，怎么把标注弄回来啊
