How to get through the 2-Step Verification when my registed email can't receive the verify code?

The thing is that I have registed the zotero account with my education email (xxx.zju.edu.cn, a Chinese University) a few years ago. Recently, I just try to log in the account in a new PC, which requires a 2-Step Verification (just type in the verify code that your email receives), but my education email can't receive the verify code anymore. I don't know if it is beceuse the Chinese education emails have been banned or some strict firewall relus of my email platform. One thing is that I am UNABLE to sync the tons of paper that I read in recent years!
Dose anyone could help me? T^T
