I have Zotero running and the connector browser extension installed. When i try and use the browser extension it doesn't have all my folders in the drop down, and nothing is appearing in my library when I select my library. I have tried uninstalling the connector, and closing down zotero. Please help, I'm in the middle of a literature review and do not have the time to import citations manually.

I have done all of these .

on click of the connector - it says 'saving to my library' but none of my collections are there so is it possible it's not connected to my account?

i have uninstalled and reinstalled the connector multiple times. and ensured the app is up top date.

You didn't provide a Debug ID as requested there.

And when you say none of your collections are there, what do you mean? Can you provide a screenshot? The drop-down is only for recent collections you've saved to, and that list would get reset if you reinstalled the extension. To see your collections list, you need to click the down-arrow to expand the popup.

Is this a multi-user machine? That shows a successful save to Zotero. If Zotero is opened in another OS user account, it could be saving to there.

I've just opened the other user on my computer and it has been saving there! thank you so so much! just closed everything down on that account and seems to be working on this account now. Thank you again! :)
