Upgrade StorageTags in Document but Not in Library
While I'm working in a document in Zotero, I am adding tags to annotated portions. Then, when I return to "My Library" and click on the document I was annotating, I can see on the Toggle Bar to the right that there are "0 Tags" in that document. How do I make sure annotations I am tagging in a document appear in this Toggle Bar?
