    You're on an outdated version of iOS and the Zotero app. Update to at least iPadOS 16.6, and then you'll be able to update to the latest version of the Zotero app.

    (You should also make sure you have automatic OS updates turned on. You should never be on such an outdated version of iOS, which can have serious security implications.)
