Unable to generate bibliography

I got this document of 57 pages, 16062 words and about 75 citations which is formed by merging the different chapters into one. One of these chapters had a bibliography which I deleted since I wanted to include the references of the other chapters. Output code is D1407028400. Thank you in advance!

The debug ID you've submitted shows Zotero successfully inserting a bibliography, and then you pressing the Add/Edit Bibliography button again, and it successfully opening an Edit Bibliography dialog. You'll have to say what the issue is.
