Help Needed - Zotero Sync Error 385693889

I'm experiencing a persistent sync issue with Zotero that's preventing me from uploading my research library to the cloud. Every time I try to sync, I get error. I've attempted syncing multiple times, restarted the application, and even restarted my computer, but the problem continues. My internet connection appears stable, and the sync button doesn't seem to respond properly. My references aren't updating. I've tried the basic troubleshooting steps without success.

    You're getting a file-access-denied error. This is likely due to security software on your computer. You can paste 2T3JA3IN into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see the attachment in question, and you can try deleting that attachment item and emptying the trash, but you might get this with some other file.

    This isn't a problem in Zotero itself.
