Sync Error

Could you help that I keep getting errors (shown below) during sync. Even I reset all history and ask it to replace all files with the local contents, the error still keeps coming, pls help. thanks.

    BTW, I failed to upload the debug ID and got a message "Server returns an error, please try again...."

  • Tried many times, even I cleared the web storage and tried to restore from local computer. The problem does not go away, I still cannot sync nor upload the attachment to server. Pls help.

  • There's something wrong with your WebDAV server. Uploaded metadata files are being corrupted. Zotero deletes them automatically, but the fact that it's still happening (and particularly if you deleted all WebDAV files and did a Reset File Sync History and it happened again) then there's a problem with the server.
