Cite Them Right not exporting the entire info

I am trying to export a collection as bibliography in CTR format. All info is on zotero platform, however as i export the bibliography to a word through zotero, or as a rtf file, it does not show the entirity of the information. What might be the problem?

what exactly do you mean? It doesn't include all citations or the citations are missing metadata? If the latter, what type of metadata?
