Upgrade StorageChanging settings for Creating Bibliography Chicago Manual 18th ed
I'm running latest Zotero 9.0.2 (64-bit)
Creating a bibliography using CMoS 18th ed citation style and choosing Display citations as: Footnote and Output Mode as: Notes
gives me a citation in this form:
John Alexander Henderson, Aberdeenshire Epitaphs and Inscriptions : With Historical, Biographical, Genealogical, and Antiquarian Notes, with University of Guelph Library (Printed for the Subscribers, 1907), http://archive.org/details/aberdeenshireepihend.
I would like to remove the contributor field (in this case "with University of Guelph Library"
I would like to have the title in italics.
How do I achieve this?
