Upgrade StorageGroup library collection empty on desktop but appears correctly on zotero.org after sync
Zotero desktop shows a storage quota error, but the issue I’m trying to solve is that a group library collection is empty on desktop while it appears correctly on zotero.org.
Group library: Agent healthcare
On zotero.org, the collection contains many items.
On Zotero desktop, the same group library and collection show no items after syncing.
I confirmed that the group library is selected under Preferences/Settings → Sync → Choose Libraries. I also tried syncing manually. The storage quota warning appears, but I understand that item metadata should still sync even if file storage is full.
