Android - Highlight feature not functioning correctly
Android Version: 1.0.0-240
It might be best to just give an example as I'm not sure what exactly is happening.
I have a PDF, and I have a section that reads:
> "First, we would like to thank the contributors. This was a massive project, and the authors have been patient and enthusiastic. We are impressed with quality of their entries and their ability to work within the format of the book."
I then highlight the first two sentences:
> "First, we would like to thank the contributors. This was a massive project, and the authors have been patient and enthusiastic."
If I toggle over to the Annotations window, this is what is displayed:
> "First, we would like to thank the contributors. This was a massive project, and the authors have been patient and enthusiastic. We are impressed with and the authors have been patient and enthusiastic. We are impressed with quality of their entries and their ability to work"
It spliced in a section from one sentence into the next sentence, with the third sentence not being highlighted to begin with.
If I highlight the same PDF on my PC, everything works as expected. So it seems specific to the Android version. This has been reproducible on multiple PDF's. I have also tried copy-pasting the selection, which gives me the original sentence (not the spliced-up-with-extra-text-selected highlight).
If anybody wants to follow up, I do have an example file to offer and I can give screenshots from the Android app if needed.
Screenshot below is from my PC (library is synced across my devices).
